  1. Overall responsibility of Recruitment, Selection and Employee Management
  2. Preparation of various policies such as recruitment policies, credentialing and previleging polices, leave policies, medical benefit polices etc and timely review of all policies
  3. Helping the management by identifying the job requirements
  4.  identifying the candidates through publishing online job vacancies, inhouse circulation etc.
  5. Building and updating a strong HR data bank /HRIS: collecting CVs of walkin candidates, downloading from various websites, collecting from various online job portals whenever requried.
  6. Screening of profiles as per the need and shortlisting the candidates for interview
  7.  Scheduling interviews and formating the interview panel based on the need
  8.  Final selection of the candidates and formulating the sending the job offer letters
  9.  Credentialing and previleging of the employees who are on board
  10.  Conduct pre-employment health checkup, reference check and anteceedent verifications
  11. Preparation of job descriptions as per the need of the Management
  12. Preparation, updation and maintenance of employee personal files with required statutary documents.
  13. Conduct exit interviews, issue experience certificates, relieving orders, no due certificates etc.
  14. Preparation of salary structures in consultation with the Management
  15. Salary preparation and its timely disbursal with the finance team
  16.  Overall incharge of the payroll preparation and compliances to the government statutary acts such as ESI, Employee Provident Fund, Maternity etc.
  17. Leave Management of the staff
  18. Responsible for statutary compliance such as minimum wages act, Gratuity, bonus act etc
  19.  Overall responsibility of the training and development of the recruited staff
  20. Organise induction programmes for the new comers and oreient them to the new institution
  21.  Identification for the training requirements in coordination with various departments and plan the training 
  22. Arranging internal and external training sessions for the staff for the development 
  23.  Timely performance appraisal of the staff and provision of adequate advise to improve the performance
  24.  Analysing the performance indicators and prepare future plan for the development of the institution
  25. Preparation and timely review of leave policies
  26. Recording and monitoring of leaves of all employees
  27.  Take corrective and preventive action in time and issue desciplinary action letters, warning letters, appreication letters etc.
  28.  Conduct different leizure activities for the employees in time to get maximum output from the employees
  29. Preparation of several reports such as attrition, Absenteism, Leave, employee satisfaction survey etc,
  30.  To do any job as assigned by the Management from time to time
